HONYLITE Aluminium honeycomb panels are manufactured and stocked to standard dimensions and in the most popular composite materials. Used in on-demand or high volume manufacturing markets, HONYLITE honeycomb panel is a lightweight, structural composite sandwich board that adds strength, not weight, to primary and secondary panel structures, while saving time and reducing labor in production. HONYLITE honeycomb panel offers an exceptionally high strength-to- weight ratio, making these value-added sandwich panels an ideal substitute for Plywood and OSB in applications where weight reduction is required. HONYLITE Aluminium honeycomb panels are available cut to a custom size or shape, or in a standard sheet size of 48″ x 96″ and 48″ x 120” in a thickness of 1/2″, 5/8” and 3/4".
