The Group Management, consisting of the CEO, Head of Engineering, Head of Sales & Marketing and Head of Composite Operations, guarantees streamlined processes and customer orientation from start to finish.

CEO Mr. Bal Krishan took over at HONYLITE in 2009. Prior to this he held management positions at SEPCO in China and India. He started his professional career as purchase manager at Triveni Structures Limited, India in 1978. Mr. Bal Krishan studied at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, from where he graduated with a Bachelor in Technology degree. He also acquired the Master of Business Administration Degree at the University of Allahabad.
